I was the second owner acquired approx 1962 it was 948cc, originally without the rubber bumpers, ribbed hard top, colour being yellow and white.
later it did sport the then obligatory Lucas thro the roof spotlamp, but no photos survive. Club and Restricted rally's were our regular events as well as being active in the EMI motor club we were also members of London Motor Club and London Counties Ass Motor Club's, also the Mallory Park Motor Club after a house move
The photo taken at a Hillingdon "Summer Show" -- the missing grill hiding "Rotoflex" swivelling spot lamps adjusted via Bowden cables in car. -- illegal to move whist in motion! !! these were fitted with adapted early QI bulbs, lots of revs needed in time controls to keep the battery up -- no alternators.
It was traded in for a TR4 883GOH in 1964 when I lived in Derby-- TR sold in 1999 now in Cornwall.
